Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band appeared at Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival in Chicago June 26.
During their set, Susan & Derek were joined by Warren Haynes, David Hidalgo and Cesar Rosas of Los Lobos, and Johnny Winter. Earlier, Derek & Susan joined Doyle Bramhall II and Sheryl Crow, and Susan belted out a few verses in the grand finale of "Sweet Home Chicago."

The festival featured legendary guitarists and musicians from all eras, including BB King, Buddy Guy, Jeff Beck, Steve Winwood, Ronnie Wood, ZZ Top, John Mayer, Jimmy Vaughan, Vince Gill, James Burton, Albert Lee, Robert Randolph, Robert Cray, and of course, Eric Clapton.

Gregg Allman has undergone successful liver transplant surgery. The Allman
Brothers Band will not be performing at Saturday's Crossroads Guitar

The formidable husband-and-wife duo are joining forces for a handful of ‘special’ performance dates.

Both Susan & Derek are taking some time off this year for much needed family time, but as
lifelong performers they won't be able to stay off the road for too long
without taking the stage to play music with friends.

The first concert will be a headlining appearance at the Savannah Music
Festival on April 1. From there, the group will play at Wanee Music Festival
on April 17 before heading to the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival for a
performance April 30. June 5th they play Mountain Jam.

Currently, the duo is rehearsing new material down in their Jacksonville home with a
rotating cast of fellow musicians and friends.

Look for future updates about additional shows and to announce each show’s unique musical line-up.
